$100K
email & SMS, first 30 days, to an inherited list
Platform-attributed · first 30 days

First email & SMS revenue inside 30 days of launch — go-to-market built on the parent brand’s audience, plus an Amazon store launch.

How this number was made

Platform-attributed
What was counted
Revenue Klaviyo attributed to email and SMS in the first 30 days after launch, campaigns and flows together.
What was not
The Amazon store’s revenue. It opened in the same window and none of it is in the figure. Nor is any order Klaviyo did not attribute to a send: direct, paid, organic or retail.
The denominator
Not established. I have never published what share of the launch’s revenue this was, and a share is the number that would tell you whether the owned channels carried the launch or rode it. Ask me for it on a call and I will tell you what I can still defend.
The window
30 days from launch. A launch window is the brand’s own clock, not a range I chose after the fact.
Who else touched it
The parent brand’s list and the parent brand’s team. The audience already existed and the sends went to it, so this is not a cold start and should not be read as one. Attributed revenue credits the last touch it can see, so demand the parent brand created and a send closed is counted here.

What I owned

Built the early revenue engine on existing brand equity, audience overlap and customer trust rather than starting cold.

  • Launch revenueFirst $100K in email and SMS revenue within 30 days of launch, sent to the parent brand’s inherited list.
  • Go-to-marketDrove launch strategy and retail strategy, leaning on the parent brand’s assets and customer base for early momentum.
  • Channel expansionHelped launch the brand’s Amazon store as an additional revenue channel at launch.
