Founding members · the second offer
The Automated Agency.
A book, the templates, and the agent setup behind an agency that runs on a nine-minute huddle: the machine does the hour before the call, the humans keep the decisions. For agency owners and freelancers who serve brands and are tired of being the bottleneck. Built in the open, with the real costs and what broke.
What it is
Three things, one system.
Everything in it was run on a real retention pod serving eight brands, then rebuilt as software on my own desk. Nothing here is a theory about agencies.
How an agency runs when the preparation is automated and the decisions stay human: the nine-minute huddle, the scoreboard, the touch ledger, the gap format, the weekly machine room, the one proactive play, the day-90 handoff. With what broke, chapter by chapter.
The scoreboard row, the huddle agenda, the fourteen-section proposal, the day-0 onboarding kit with least-privilege roles, the client questionnaire, the weekly written update, the handoff letter. Yours to rename.
The design of the desk I run: standing jobs with a role, a target and a cadence; an inbox where nothing sends itself; approval that names the exact text; a ledger that prices every run against what you verified came of it. The patterns and the code, with the costs I actually paid.
The Nine-Minute Huddle, the whole daily call, minute by minute, free.
No income promises
No revenue claims, no “replace your team”, no screenshots of dashboards. What it cost me and what it saved me, stated with the measurement.
No vendor lock
The patterns work with any model and any task tracker. The code is plain JavaScript you can read in an afternoon.
Founding members decide
About twenty yeses and it gets built, with you reading drafts. Fewer, and it doesn’t, and nobody pays.
The founding deal
Price and date, set once, told once.
The founding price is not set yet. When it is, the people on the list hear first, with the delivery date and what a founding member gets that a later buyer does not: the drafts as they are written, a call with me, and their name in the book if they want it there.
